Shared by: Sue Wilder
  • 1-1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2/3 cup butter, melted
  • Mix together and press into the bottom of a 9" pie pan, coating the sides, too.
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 drops of red food coloring
  • 2 drops of yellow food coloring

In a bowl, mix tequila, orange liqueur, condensed milk, and lime juice. Pour 1/2 of the mixture into another bowl. Add strawberries and a few drops of red food coloring to one bowl. Fold in 1 cup of the whipped topping. To the other bowl, add only a drop or two of yellow food coloring and 1 cup of whipped topping. Spoon into crust, alternating colors, one spoon of red, one spoon of yellow, as you go. Freeze a minimum of 4 hours, but better overnight. Cut into 8 servings.
