OH MY GOD PIE!

  • 1 1/2 C. Flour

  • 1 Stick Butter

  • 1 C. Finely Chopped Pecans
     

  • Melt butter and mix together.  Put in 2 pie pans.  Bake at 350 until tan
    (about 15 - 20 minutes).
     

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese

  • 1 Can Eagle Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 16 oz Cool Whip
     

  • Mix together softened cream cheese, Cool Whip, and the milk.  Pour into
    pie crusts.
     

  • 7 oz Coconut

  • 1/2 Stick Melted Butter

  • 1 C. Chopped Pecans
     

  • Bake on cookie sheet at 350 to toast.  Stir often so that it doesn't
    burn!  Spread on top of pies.
     

  • 1 12-oz Jar Caramel Sauce
     

  • Pour over pies and freeze.
