1 1/2 C. Flour
-
1 Stick Butter
-
1 C. Finely Chopped Pecans
-
Melt butter and mix together. Put in 2 pie pans.
Bake at 350 until tan
(about 15 - 20 minutes).

8 oz Cream Cheese
-
1 Can Eagle Sweetened Condensed Milk
-
16 oz Cool Whip
-
Mix together softened cream cheese, Cool Whip, and
the milk. Pour into
pie crusts.

7 oz Coconut
-
1/2 Stick Melted Butter
-
1 C. Chopped Pecans
-
Bake on cookie sheet at 350 to toast. Stir often so
that it doesn't
burn! Spread on top of pies.

1 12-oz Jar Caramel Sauce
-
Pour over pies and freeze.
