Ingredients: |
- 1 yellow cake mix (do not
follow box directions)

- 1 can 110size mandarin oranges
(with juice)
|
- 1/2 cup oil or 1/4 cup
applesauce
|

- Beat all ingredients together
then bake in a greased and floured pan until done. For an
elegant dinner you can make this in 3-8inch pans. For a picnic
1 sheet cake pan measuring 16in.by 11in

- Bake at 325 degrees for
20-35 min.

Frosting: |
|

|
- 1 small pkg. vanilla instant
pudding ( just the powder)
|
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
( no juice)
|
- Mix ingredients together and
frost cake, you need to keep this cake in
the refrigerator enjoy.
