ONE PAN DINNER

An easy 1 pan dinner, as many pork chops as people you are serving

  • Put tomato sauce in bottom of pan to cover, add pork chops
  • Put 1 tablespoon instant rice on top of each chop
  • 1 thin slice of onion on each chop cover with the rest of the tomato sauce and a can of  stewed tomatoes.
  • Bake at 400 for about 1 hour covered (depends on how thick the chops are)
