An easy 1 pan
dinner, as many pork chops as people you are serving

- Put tomato sauce in bottom of
pan to cover, add pork chops
|
- Put 1 tablespoon instant rice
on top of each chop
|
- 1 thin slice of onion on each
chop cover with the rest of the tomato sauce and a can of
stewed tomatoes.
|
- Bake at 400 for about 1 hour
covered (depends on how thick the chops are)
