THREE CRABS COLESLAW DRESSING

Served at the Dungeness Three Crabs Restaurant

  • 2 Cups of mayonnaise, your favorite brand, regular or low fat
    1/4 C. brown sugar

  • 6 Tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Angostura Bitters, available in the bar drinks section
    of any supermarket

  • 1/8 C. of white wine

  • 1/3 cup of cider vinegar

  • dash of Worcestershire

  • dash of Tabasco

  • dash of soy sauce

    Put all ingredients in blender or mix with wire whip until smooth.
    Keeps in refrigerator for about 3 weeks.
